Subaru/IMBA TCC
My husband, Steve and I used to be one of two Subaru/IMBA Trail Care Crews.

We travelled around the United States in a multi-colored Subaru Outback to promote mountain biking advocacy, trained local mountain bike clubs and volunteers on sustainable trail building and design both in the classroom and in the field, educated riders on how to establish and operate a sustainable club, met with land managers and other decision makers to discuss and help solve trail management challenges, and in general, improved mountain biking experiences in 40 states.
The Trail Care Crew (TCC) program is one of IMBA’s flagship endeavors, and is strongly supported by Subaru of America. As grassroots advocates for mountain biking, we’re experts on trailbuilding and everything mountain bike-related. We don’t have desks, and we like it that way. Being the Trail Care Crew provides us a way to conserve our natural environment, actually enjoy our jobs, meet new people, and travel.
